Terms and Conditions of Use for the User Forum
1. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not participate in the User Forum.
2. Posts to the User Forum are publicly visible to all visitors.
3. The User Forum is an English language forum.
4. The User Forum is hosted on computer systems that currently reside in Austria. Therefore data collected during your use of the User Forum are stored and processed in Austria on behalf of TeleConsult Austria GmbH.
5. Use of the User Forum is governed by Austrian law.

User Forum Rules
1. The User Forum Rules, listed here, are intended to protect users from unfriendly, disrespectful or illegitimate use. Users of the User Forum are asked to respect others. The Forum is a place to meet, discuss and share ideas.
2. Users must not use the User Forum to harass, threaten, or attack anyone or otherwise behave in any way which would cause annoyance or distress to other users.
3. Users must not use the User Forum for the following purposes:
a. To transmit or knowingly receive content and/or language that is in any way unlawful, threatening, offensive, or in breach of any obligations of confidence.
b. To flood or "spam" the User Forum or any user who posts in the User Forum. Posts which are submitted repetitively, without any bearing on the discussion topic, or otherwise deliberately disrupting the forum is considered as "spamming".
c. To post links to web addresses, where any content offends to the Forum Rules. Links are subject to treatment like any other type of content posted to the Forum. You may not include a link in the User Forum that directs users to any content or information that, if posted in the Forum, would constitute a violation of these User Forum Rules and Conditions.
d. To provide instructions for illegal or otherwise harmful activities.
e. To transmit or knowingly receive information relating to (or include links to) pornography, pirated software and/or computer games or other counterfeit goods.
f. To collect and/or distribute personal data concerning other users of the User Forum.
g. To impersonate another person, whether a friend, company member, or any other Forum participant or person.
h. For the purpose of commercial gain. This includes the transmission of advertisements and any other attempts to generate business from other users of the User Forum.
i. To post chain letters or pyramid schemes.
j. To transmit information that is in violation of copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
k. To transmit any information not in English
l. To transmit any information which include viruses, "Trojan Horses", or any other contaminating or destructive feature that may damage another person''s computer;
m. To transmit graphics, audio, movies, Java-, PHP-, or any other programs, or other binary files. The User Forum is designed to be text-only.
4. Users should not act in any way to disrupt the flow of an ongoing discussion. If a user does not wish to participate in an ongoing discussion, or wishes to discuss a non-related topic, they are requested to begin another message thread or go to the relevant forum. TeleConsult Austria GmbH may delete postings that appear irrelevant to the discussion in which they are posted.
Users are Legally Responsible and Liable for Posts / Users Responsibilities
1. You are responsible that your name and e-mail address are valid and not outdated.
2. You may be held legally accountable for what you say or do online. In particular, you may be held liable for any defamatory comments, threats and untrue statements or other illegal or fraudulent claims made by you.
3. You may be held accountable for any breach of the rights of a third party if you have not obtained their prior consent to the use of their property.
4. Do not reveal information that you do not want to make public. Any personal information that you post can be obtained and used by others. Anything you post in the Forum, you post at your own risk.
5. You use the Forum at your own risk. In any online forum like this User Forum, it is not possible to be sure that other users are who they say they are, know what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they say they are affiliated.
6. Please refrain from posting where you do not know the answer. Incorrect, misleading or incomplete responses do not help other users. Please feel free to respond to any post where you know the answer. Forum users have come to trust that they will get good answers. Please help build and maintain that trust.
7. Be respectful of other users. Some Forum users are new to computing and may not have extensive knowledge of computers and their use. Belittling or insulting remarks are not conducive to the creation of a strong online community.
8. The linked sites are not moderated by TeleConsult Austria GmbH, are not under TeleConsult Austria GmbH''s control and your access to any linked site is at your own risk. You should use your own judgment before you use any link or access any linked site. When leaving the User Forum using any link provided by a user, you should be aware that TeleConsult Austria GmbH ''s terms and policies no longer govern, and, therefore, you should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of that site.
Disclaimer
1. TeleConsult Austria GmbH does not undertake to monitor every communication or the conduct of every user of the User Forum. Forum monitors may be online from time-to-time to ensure that other users are adhering to the User Forum Rules. Any monitoring activity may be undertaken by TeleConsult Austria GmbH or its appointed agent, acting on its behalf.
2. TeleConsult Austria GmbH will make its best endeavour to promptly edit or remove content which is reported to it, and it agrees based on its sole judgement - is in breach of the Forum Rules, but cannot guarantee to do so.
3. Neither TeleConsult Austria GmbH nor its third party contractors will be liable for the content of any material accessed via the Internet or any adverse treatment of any information placed by you anywhere on the Internet or any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result.
4. TeleConsult Austria GmbH does not endorse any opinions expressed by other users of the User Forum.
5. TeleConsult Austria GmbH reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove material from the User Forum at any time.
6. The User Forum consists of information posted by third parties. As a result, TeleConsult Austria GmbH accepts no liability in respect to the accuracy or truthfulness of any advice, information or data posted online or any responsibility for the consequences of your acting in reliance on such information.
7. This disclaimer does exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.
8. TeleConsult Austria GmbH makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality, content, nature or reliability of sites accessible by hyperlink from the User Forum.
9. TeleConsult Austria GmbH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access to User Forum.
10. TeleConsult Austria GmbH reserves the right to change the User Forum Rules at any time and will post details and notification of any such changes online.

By accepting the User Forum Rules you agree that TeleConsult Austria GmbH may release your information (both present and past) to the relevant authorities where TeleConsult Austria GmbH believes that you have breached the User Forum Rules or have used the User Forum to commit unlawful acts. Right Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
1. You agree to indemnify and hold TeleConsult Austria GmbH, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, including reasonable attorneys'' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the User Forum, your use of User Forum, your violation of these Forum Rules and Conditions or the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
Final Statement
This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Austria, and its validity, construction and effect will be governed by and enforced pursuant to the substantive laws of Austria.
